Stattdessen könnte man auch seine Bergschuhe anziehen, auf den Berg gehen und ein geiles Erlebnis haben. Aber das ist schon ein bisschen mehr Aufwand. Matteo: Abends eine Flasche Bier — ich würde das als normal bezeichnen. Da muss man nichts suchen, was man stattdessen machen kann. Nora: Ich finde es schon kritisch, wenn das jeden Tag ist. Ich würde mir überlegen, mal etwas anderes zu machen, die Joggingschuhe neben den Kühlschrank stellen und eine Runde joggen gehen. Da hat man dann auch ein viel besseres Gefühl. Und man könnte auch mal einen Selbsttest machen und schauen, ob man auch ein paar Wochen ohne Alkohol auskommt. Danach schmeckt dann ein Glas Bier auch gleich wieder ganz anders. Larissa: Ich finde es gefährlich, allein zu trinken. Wenn man mal einen schlechten Tag hat, ist die Versuchung groß, ein Glas Wein zu trinken. Alles wird dann für den Moment leichter und man kann seine Traurigkeit vielleicht wie viel alkohol ist ok vergessen. Matteo: Ich trinke manchmal allein. Aber nicht, weil ich mich schlecht fühle, sondern, um gute Momente abzuschließen. Wenn ich krank bin, trinke ich vor dem Schlafen gehen einen Schnaps. Nora: Ich trinke super selten allein. Aber wenn, dann genieße ich auch richtig: mit einem Glas Wein in der Badewanne sitzend oder auf dem Balkon. Gefährlich wird das Alleinetrinken, wenn es regelmäßig wird. Kritisch finde ich auch, wenn man versucht, seine Gefühlslage mit Alkohol zu verändern. Zum Beispiel, wenn man trinkt, um nach einem stressigen Tag besser drauf zu kommen. Warum ist es so schwer, weniger oder gar nicht zu trinken. Larissa: Wenn man in der Gruppe trinkt, trinken in der Regel ja alle recht viel. Das ist eigentlich ziemlich traurig: Warum brauchen wir Drogen, um zu reden, um Spaß zu haben, um runter zu kommen. Wenn man Alkohol trinkt, kann man plötzlich über alles reden. Und dann sagt man Sachen, die man vielleicht gar nicht sagen möchte. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich die Erfahrung gemacht hab und dass ich jetzt trocken bin. Ich bin auch so gesellig und froh, dass ich den Alkohol nicht brauche. Bei der Arbeit trinken die Leute so viel, das ist schon krass. Larissa: Viele brauchen den Alkohol auch, um zu funktionieren. Ich sehe das häufig bei Frauen. Da ist es oft eine verdeckte Sucht. Die trinken zum Teil, um den Stress zu kompensieren und um alles gleichzeitig zu schaffen: zu arbeiten, die Kinder zu versorgen, das Familienleben zu organisieren, um alles zu managen. Wie geht man also am besten mit Alkohol um. Nora: Ich bin für eine stärkere und kritischere Auseinandersetzung mit Alkohol und zwar in allen Schichten. Das heißt auch, dass offener mit dem Thema umgegangen wird. Dass man offener darüber reden kann und dann auch schneller dazu kommt, sich Hilfe zu holen oder es bei anderen anzusprechen. Alkoholkranke werden immer noch stark stigmatisiert. Heidi: Ja, aber die Scham ist oft groß. Larissa: Alkohol ist und bleibt ein Teil unserer Gesellschaft. Wir sind keine Lehrer oder Eltern, sagt Nora, mit uns können die Jugendlichen auf Augenhöhe sprechen. Manchmal kommen Jugendliche auch mit Wodkaflaschen am Präriestand am Bertoldsbrunnen vorbei. Gerade dann kommen aber oft sehr interessante Gespräche heraus, sagt Nora. So lange der Mensch ein noch nicht ganz freies Wesen ist braucht er eben Mittel, die ihm ab und an zeigen, was er eigentlich so fühlen und erleben kann. Helfen tut einzig das eigene Bewusstsein für was man tut. Und dazu braucht es Aufklärung. So lange aber Alkohol und Zucker okay sind, alles andere unter dem Schlechtwort Droge zusammengefasst wird, ist das Problem auch nicht ganzheitlich anzugreifen. Und so findet jeder, der sich der Verantwortung gegenüber sich selbst oder gegenüber anderen, siehe die politische Situation entziehen will, einen Schlupfweg.
